Reclaimed brick and timber of varying tones, prominent amongst the historic warehouses
and tanneries in Bermondsey, are utilised to deliver a striking envelope aesthetic. Married
with Crittall-type glazing and exposed services, the proposal delivers industrial-style
architecture befitting its location. The project completes the overall development of Blue
Lion Square, sitting comfortably side-by-side with both new and old interventions in the area.
