We designed this bold and striking new suite of showers, changing facilities and bicycle storage zones for the occupants of this prominent commercial building on Holborn Viaduct.
Under-utilised areas of the existing basement, including loading bays, parking bays, building core elements and office floor areas, were reconfigured to house the additional facilities which feature spacious shower and changing cubicles, expanded bicycle parking, a bicycle repair area and dedicated WCs for cyclists, runners and office tenants.
A vibrant and carefully orchestrated low-maintenance palette of finishes, together with bespoke wayfinding and high-specification furnishings and fittings throughout, has delivered dynamic new facilities in-keeping with the ever-evolving user needs and expected standards of such commercial properties.
