This design was for the London Borough of Ealing’s envisioned new headquarters building. We were commissioned to deliver the new office, library and visitor centre based on the external facade designs from Patel Taylor and original concept by Farrells.
Brought on board at concept stage by Vistry Group because of our astute commercial acumen and track record in delivering high-quality, buildable design information the scheme was submitted for, and was granted, full planning permission to demolish the existing 1980s brick ground-scraper for an optimised public building facing Uxbridge Road.
Phase I comprised an energy centre and site-wide basement which was to serve the Phase II 400+ residential scheme to the rear of the site overlooking the railway tracks.
